1.General Shipping Overview

We currently ship to most U.S. states where hemp-derived CBD is permitted. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS (subject to their specific hemp-carrier agreements) and include a Certificate of Analysis (COA) inside the package to confirm federal compliance.

2. Mandatory Age Verification

In accordance with 2026 regulations, all shipments require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for this reason.

3. State-Specific Prohibitions (No-Ship List)

Due to conflicting state laws or recent 2026 legislative sessions that have reclassified hemp-derived cannabinoids as controlled substances, we do not ship any products to the following states:

• Idaho: Maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any detectable THC.

• Alabama: Per SB 1 (2026), consumable CBD is restricted to pharmacies only.

• Indiana: Recent legislation prohibits direct-to-consumer delivery for most hemp-derived cannabinoids.

• Georgia: As of SB 254, direct-to-consumer sales and delivery of hemp-derived products are prohibited.

• Hawaii: Restricts the sale and transport of all consumable hemp-derived products.

• Kansas & Wyoming: State-level restrictions on "total THC" make most full-spectrum products non-compliant.

4. Restricted Product Categories

Certain states allow CBD but ban specific types of products. We do not ship:

• Smokable Flower/Vapes to: Louisiana, Massachusetts, and New York.

• CBD Infused Food/Beverages to: California (pending updated 2026 labeling compliance) and Washington.

While we truly want you to love your experience with CannaLyte, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on our electrolyte products due to health and safety regulations. However, your satisfaction is very important to us—if there was an issue with your order , please let us know so we can make it right!
